The number of items of questionnaires responded as daily perfomance by over 70% of the nurses was 10 for those with their experience in 1 to 3 years, 18 for those in 4 to 10 years, and 21 for those over 11 years. Items of questionnaires for patients, common in all groups based on years of experience, were sympathy and encouragement to the patients and their families suggling with the medical treatments. 内容記述 | 医療機関における看護師の患者指導の機能を明らかにするために、235人の看護師に対して著者らが作成した60の質問項目を用いて調査し、看護師の経験年数との関係から分析した。経験年数別に看護師の70%以上が日常的に行っていると回答した指導の項目数は、1年から3年までは10項目、4年から10年までは16項目、11年以上では21項目であった。各経験年数の看護師に共通する指導項目は、患者と家族の療養上の苦労に共感し励ます関りであった。看護師は、経験年数を経ることによって患者の個別性や主体性を考慮して知識や技術を教え、医療チームの一員として指導の機能を果たしていた。 | |||||
