Most were pushed forward by nursing department gate leadership and helped self-realization of nursing staff as employment, and the introduction of aim management in a medical institution was performed in a purpose to achieve an aim of tissue. A purpose of induction is (1)Consciousness reform of the staff, (2)Activation of place of work climate, (3)Ability development (4)promotion of communication with a divisional commander and a subordinate (5)improvement of work motivation. We was able to clear an affirmative factor, a negative factor from the actual situation of induction of aim management. 内容記述 | アメリカの経営学者、ドラッカーによる「目標と自己統制による管理」が1954年に提示され、日本への導入は1960年より始まった。医療機関における目標管理の導入は、多くは看護部門主導で進められ、専門職としての看護職員の自己実現を支援し、組織の目標を達成するという目的で行われた。導入の目的は、(1)職員の意識改革(2)職場風土の活性化(3)能力開発(4)師長と部下とのコミュニケーションの促進(5)働きがいの向上などである。目標管理の導入の実態から、肯定的要因、否定的要因を明らかすることができた。その結果、看護管理者が、管理機能として職員のモチベーションに関わることの重要性を確認することができた。 | |||||
