Subjects were 30- to 74-year-old outpatients with mild stroke without recurrence for five years or longer after the first episode of stroke, who visited the Department of Neurosurgery in Hospital A. We conducted semi-structured interviews and analyzed the data to extract the relevant elements using a qualitative synthesis method (the KJ method). The overall analysis showed that the self-care ability for recurrence prevention in patients with mild stroke was determined by seven elements. Elements that differed with age were the subjects' ability to monitor their symptoms; to monitor their mind and way of life; to control their symptoms; and to control their mind and way of life. Elements common to all were the ability to be wary of recurrence; to continue a thorough recurrence prevention program; and to continue a reasonable recurrence prevention program. We need to help patients perform self-care to prevent aggravation of stroke, by understanding the self-care abilities of each patient. 本研究では、軽症脳卒中患者の再発予防のためのセルフケア能力の要素を明らかにすることを目的とした。対象者は、Ａ病院脳外科外来通院中の30～74歳の軽症脳卒中患者で、脳卒中初発後５年以上再発なく経過している者とした。調査方法は半構造的面接を行い、質的統合法（KJ法）で分析した。全体分析の結果、軽症脳卒中患者の再発予防のためのセルフケア能力は、７つの要素により構成されていることが明らかとなった。年齢により特徴的な要素としては【症状のモニタリング力】、【こころと生活方法のモニタリング力】、【症状をコントロールする力】、【こころと生活方法をコントロールする力】、共通する能力としては【再発への警戒力】、【徹底した再発予防法の継続力】、【無理のない再発予防法の継続力】が抽出された。脳卒中重症化予防のためのセルフケアが行えるよう、個々のセルフケア能力を捉え、セルフケアの支援を行っていく必要がある。 新潟青陵学会 2020-03 jpn journal article VoR https://doi.org/10.32147/00001937 https://n-seiryo.repo.nii.ac.jp/records/1951 10.32147/00001937 AA12412634 1883-759X 新潟青陵学会誌 13 1 1 11 https://n-seiryo.repo.nii.ac.jp/record/1951/files/sg_1301_1.pdf application/pdf 3.0 MB 2020-03-23
