| 内容記述 | 本稿は,元日本福祉大学教授で社会福祉方法論研究者である坪上宏氏（以下,敬称略）が提唱したいわゆる「坪上援助関係論」構築の歩みを,国立精神衛生研究所において実践・研究活動を行っていた第1期,日本福祉大学教員時代の肺炎に罹患するまでの16年間の第2期,肺炎罹患後現在までの第3期,という坪上自身による3期の区分にしたがって概観したものである。また参考資料として「坪上宏著作目録及び略年譜」を作成した。本研究から,坪上は自身の理論展開を通して,第1に実践と理論の乖離状況の克服,第2に社会福祉論のいわゆる政策論と技術論の拮抗状況の克服という2点の課題克服を目指していたことが分かった。坪上は第1の課題に対しては現場実践の丹念な観察から共通要因を探り理論化していく姿勢を一貫して持つことになる。また第2の課題に対しては社会福祉方法論にいわゆる「歴史性」を導入させるという試みを行っている。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | The purpose of this paper is to take a historical overview of development of Tsubogami's social work relationship theory, according to Tsubogami's three periods, which is distinguished by his main life events. In the first period, he was social worker and a researcher in National Institute of Mental Health. It is followed by the second period, when he was a professor in Nihon Fukushi University, and the last period for a patient. A table, which presents his works and biography, is attached at the back of the paper. It was found through this paper that he was going to overcome two subjects, split between practice and theory, and opposition study on social welfare policies and study on social work. To settle these problems, he had theorized about methodology through the observation in field practices for the first problem, and had introduced historical viewpoint into the methods of social work for the second problem. | |||||
