Orem has suggested that three capacities of human beings discriminated from other beings explain a relationship between the state of wholeness or integrity of human beings and some structural and functional changes of health as a whole. Orem thinks on health as a state that indicates wholeness of active human beings as a whole in growth process of progressively integrated development which is time-oriented to the stages of adulthood from childhood. The full vigor and strength, that the term sound means as metaphysical premises of Orem's concept of health, are a necessary condition for explanation through growth and progressive development on the concept of self-care as the principal concept of Orem's nursing theory. As a subsequent subject, I would like to evaluate relationships between the process of learning self-care in growth and progressive development and the continuous self-care of a therapeutic quality., オレムは,人間がもつ他の生物と区別される3つの器量(capacity)が,全体性としての人間存在である個人と全体的である健康の構造と機能の変化を関係づけるとする。オレムの状態としての健康の考え方は,全体的で全体性としての人間存在である個人の誕生から成人までの時間指向にそった成長と漸進的発達過程における人間の能動的な存在を示している。オレムの「健康概念」の形而上学的前提としての健全の意味する活力と強さは,オレムの看護論の中心概念であるセルフケアの概念を人間の成長と漸進的発達から説明するための必要条件といえる。今後の課題として,人間の成長と漸進的発達過程におけるセルフケアの学習過程と治療的性質を持つ継続的なセルフケアの関係を考察したい。}, pages = {87--97}, title = {ドロセア E.オレムの「健康概念」における形而上学的前提}, volume = {1}, year = {2001} }
