| 内容記述 | 本論文は、日本における介護保険制定後その実施5ケ年、介護保険運営主体である新潟県ほか幾つかの県の各市町村における公・私の介護保険給付サービス(施設・在宅諸サービス)との提供事業主体(公・私の)に雇用されている介護サービス従事者の労働諸状況とその当面している介護サービス提供をめぐる諸問題の分析を試みている。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | This arlicle analyses care workers services supply problems to the service users under the operation of the care insurance law management of some local cities and villages including and the care services workers serviceproblems of quality and quantity provided by care service workers. At present,socialisation and expertisation of care service for old people's are becoming a very important problem. But the all care work services is not only supported by Niigata, socialisation of care work but also by care worker's service supply ethic. | |||||
