Non formal education, which is best equipped to prepare young people to cope with social changes, is underestimated and opportunities to benefit from it are not fully realised.In this study, the Boy Scout Movement is assumed to be one case study, and the Business Object Modeling is described. The Business Object is not one of the mere application development methods. It tries to catch the entire enterprise (Business) by Object-Oriented. The Scout Movement is being composed by various systems. Formal Education is also the same. Accelerated changes in society have significant implications for young people and theeducational opportunities available to them need to reflect these changes. In this study, an actual activity (business process) is made an object with use case.
