| 内容記述 | 知的障害養護学校の健康管理の意識について2つの調査をした。1つは、県内及び近隣学校の教諭及び養護教諭350人を対象に健康状態の把握、けがや病気の対応等についての意識調査、他は、教育学部生の教育実習事前指導の授業前後の意識調査である。その結果、養護教諭が担任教諭より健康状態の把握においては、からだ全体の動き・顔色や表情等を見て行うに1%水準で有意な差が示された。健康状態を知る参考資料では、担任教諭が指導要録、養護教諭が生育歴と健康診断票に1%水準で有意な差が示された。教育学部生の学級の健康管理の必要性の授業前後で意識の差が大きかったのは、救急処置の取り扱いと知識で、授業前31.6%で授業後79.7%であった。以上のことから、子どもの健康状態の把握や健康状態を知る参考資料では、担任教諭と養護教諭の職種の専門性が明確になり、子どもの健康管理推進には、お互いの情報を共有し連携することが重要であると分析した。また教育実習事前指導で健康管理の必要性の授業は有効であると考察した。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | Two researches have been done: 1. The study of 350 Yogo and homeroom teachers in Niigata and neighboringprefectures, regarding their thoughts concerning the grasp of students' health conditions and the treatments for theinjured and sick. This research shows that Yogo teachers have a significant P<0.01 difference from homeroomteachers in students' movement, complexions, and expressions, when they grasp students' health conditions.Moreover, homeroom teachers have a significant P<0.01 difference in the reference of students' cumulativeguidance records where as Yogo teachers have a significant P<0.01 difference in the reference of students' growingrecords and the data of the health exam. 2. The students in a faculty of education and their thoughts before andafter attending an instruction class of practice teachings. This research shows that the most effective class for thestudents in a faculty of education was the practical and theoretical first aide class. 79.7% of them think that it isimportant, compared to 31.6% of students before the class.It's clear that Yogo and homeroom teachers have different specialties of their occupations according to theirsources to grasp students' health conditions.Therefore, it is important to:A. Share both information but also cooperate to improve the quality of students' health care.B. Give a class to students in a faculty of education and to teach the necessity of health care before they go topractice teaching. | |||||
