In this study we investigate and examine clinical nursing with regards to the procedure, efficiency and continuity of work. The subjects are two nurses ; one of the 18years experience and the other with less than two years. Continuation record was carried out by means of VTR and on check list of all actions by each person performed in the period of time from 8:30 to 11:30 during the given weekday and the given holiday. The subjects movements in and between rooms, among charge patients and their sequential were compared and classified. Both have characteristic differences in using time and frequency of communication and in ways ofusing information.
