They have characteristics that they have difficulties to communicate with people, speaking about their health conditions because of their speech impediment. They often come to see a Yogo teacher in the school health office even though their health condition is no serious. Accordingly, some arrangements are needed with homeroom teachers' cooperation in daily based and light case injury first aid treatment. The study was focused on the measures of first aid in regards to the subject of the management of school health office. The result showed that both Yogo and homeroom teachers have strong awareness that treatments for simple injuries of students are a part of their work. On the other hand, there is a significant P<0.01 ifference regarding treatments that required visiting a hospital which are a part of a Yogo teachers' responsibilities. Therefore, there is a need for a plan consisting of the training organization for first aid for homeroom teachers to participate in simple injury treatments. It can be pbserved that a structuring system, which dispatches substitute Yogo teachers into school health offices to replace the absence of Yogo teacher taking injured students to a hosipital, is needed, 知的障害養護学校の子どもは、知的障害以外に重複障害を持つことが多い。言語障害が重なりからだの状況の伝達が困難であったり、軽症なけがでも保健室を多く利用したりする特性を持っている。従って、日常的で軽症な救急処置は、養護教諭以外の教師の協力を得るなどの工夫が強く求められる。本研究は「救急対応」に焦点を当て、保健室経営の在り方を目的とした。調査結果は、養護教諭・担任教諭とも「簡単なけがの手当は教師の仕事の一部である」という強い意識の傾向が示された。また「病院受診が必要なけがの手当ては、養護教諭の仕事である」は1%水準で優位差が示された。そこで、保健室経営のあり方としては、養護教諭以外の教師から簡単なけがの手当てに参加してもらうには「救急処置・けがの手当」の校内研修組織の企画が必要となる。また養護教諭がけがをした子どもを病院に引率するとき「保健室が留守になる」ので、保健室補充の教師を配置するシステムの構築が必要であると分析した。}, pages = {57--66}, title = {「知的障害養護学校における担任教諭と養護教諭の健康管理意識の相違に関する研究」:救急に関わる対応について (第2報の1)}, volume = {5}, year = {2005} }
