Data collected in the questionnaire survey about Burnout Scale, Emotional Empathy Scale and Other-Consciousness Scale in Nurses in the Palliative Care Unit in Japan. This study show two suggestions. ; (1) There is not correlation between Emotional Exhaustion of Burnout Scale and other scales. (2) The high points group of Burnout Scale are more affected by the emotion, and feel the outside and image of others than low points group., 本研究では，バーンアウト（燃え尽き症候群）と対人関係の感情的側面がどのように関連するのか明らかにするために，全国の緩和ケア病棟に勤務する看護師を対象に質問紙による調査を行った．使用した尺度は日本語版バーンアウト尺度、情動的共感性尺度、他者意識尺度である．この3尺度の全尺度得点・下位尺度得点の相関関係、及びバーンアウト全尺度得点の高低15%の対象について分析・検討したところ、全体としてバーンアウト尺度の「情緒的消耗感」と他の2つの尺度間に関連がみられないこと、高バーンアウト群は低バーンアウト群に比べ感情的な影響の受けやすさがあり、他者の外面やイメージを意識しやすいということが示唆された．},
