The number of items of questionnaires responded as daily perfomance by over 70% of the nurses was 10 for those with their experience in 1 to 3 years, 18 for those in 4 to 10 years, and 21 for those over 11 years. Items of questionnaires for patients, common in all groups based on years of experience, were sympathy and encouragement to the patients and their families suggling with the medical treatments.
