As for the analysis, it was made a free description by KJ method., 本研究は、回想法グループへの参加による職員のグループおよび患者イメージの変化を調査することを目的とした。16名の病棟職員（看護職、介護職）が、各々１回ずつ病棟で行われている回想法グループに参加し、その後4つの質問項目に自由記述で回答した。自由記述をKJ法で分析した結果、回想法グループへの参加によって、グループおよび患者に対する肯定的イメージが促進されることが明らかとなった。グループに対する肯定的イメージの変化の主な要因は「楽しさ」であり、回想法グループが想像以上に楽しい雰囲気で、職員自身も参加によって楽しめたということが重要であることが明らかとなった。また、患者に対する肯定的イメージの変化の要因としては、「患者の意外な一面を知る」ということが主な要因であることが明らかとなった。},
