The results are as follows. The rate of possession of cellular phone, 30% of the junior high school students have cellular phone. On the other hand, above 90% of the high school and university students have it. The ratio of use of telephone call function, there is no difference between them. The charge, 3,000~6,000yen is for junior high school students, 6,000~9,000yen is for high school and university students. The influence brought by using cellular phone, 50~60% of junior high school, high school and university students feel their pleasure of living increase. 40~50% of them increase their same sex friends. 30~40% of them increase their opposite sex friends.
