An analysis was made of these managers' perceptions of end-of-life care and their ways of tackling it, and of aspects about which they felt misgivings and how they set about finding solutions to these.\nNurse managers in Geriatric Health Service Facilities performed different roles depending on the characteristics of the facilities and their experience and perceptions of end-of-life care.
