We carried out a questionnaire survey targeting Yogo Teachers in Niigata Prefecture and received answers from 651 subjects (response rate: 69.4%). After removing data with missing values, we conducted exploratory factor analysis and extracted the following factors: coordination; a Yogo Teacher’s diagnosis and countermeasures; relation with children; expertise; and uniqueness. Our test on mean differences according to the licenses of Yogo Teachers, the subscale scores of “expertise” and “uniqueness” of the group with nurses’ licenses were significantly higher than the group with teachers’ licenses.\nWe also conducted simultaneous analysis of several groups based on a model which we prepared by covariance structure analysis and examined the differences in diagnosis and countermeasures by Yogo Teachers according to their licenses.
