Ten student nurses at a four-year nursing university, A, were interviewed in a semi-structured way about settings where they felt they had been able to understand the special characteristics of community health nurses' activities and about guidance and intervention from community nursing practice supervisors in these settings. Findings were analyzed using the revised version of the grounded theory method. Results showed that community nursing practice supervisors encouraged student nurses to participate in community health activities in settings made up of public health nurses, residents and other persons concerned, and brought them into the “community health activity circle." Moreover, it was also implied that by letting student nurses have hands-on experience of community health activities, nurses encouraged them to share their own image of nursing and also to share difficulties and issues arising from the practice of community health activities., 保健活動の現場における看護学生の学習過程について、看護学生の地域看護学の臨地実習経験から、保健師活動の特性に関する看護学生の理解を促す実習指導保健師の関わりの過程を明らかにすることを試みた。4 年制A 看護大学の看護学生10 名に対して、保健師活動の特性を理解することができたと実感した場面と、その場面における実習指導保健師の指導や関わりについて半構成的インタビューを行い、修正版グランウンデッド・セオリー法を用いて分析した。 その結果、看護学生に対して実習指導保健師は、保健活動の場を構成している保健師や住民、関係者の中に看護学生を参加させることを促して、保健活動の≪輪に入れる≫ことを行っていた。更に、保健活動を看護学生に体験させる中で、保健師が捉えた看護の対象像や、保健活動実践上の困難や課題を学生と共有できるような働きかけを行っていることが示唆された。}, pages = {1--10}, title = {保健活動の現場における看護学生の学習過程に関する研究 : 保健師活動の特性に関する理解を促す実習指導保健師の関わり}, volume = {2}, year = {2010} }
