 note = {application/pdf, The purpose of this study is to describe the design of the sewing machine which enabled the intellectually disabled to be employed in the corporation by means of interviews and fieldworks on workplace practices. Thus, we demonstrate to analysis and describe the sewing machine for the sake of showing the importance of the analysis of cooperation practices between the disabled and the abled. This design of the sawing machine which is being studied is accountable for the connection with the concept of modularization / unitization which are out of respect for the employer and employees or seamless which indicates the possibility of application of working element. Finally we insist that this design of the sawing machine provides‘ a economic place’ to the intellectually disabled in the corporation., 本研究の目的は、障害者の抱える困難に配慮したミシンがどのようにデザインされているか、障害者を実際に雇用する企業のワークプレイスの「実践」を通して記述することである。そして、障害者と健常者の協働実践としてのデザインを検討することの重要性を、実際に使用されているミシンのデザインの記述によって示すことである。本研究で研究対象となったミシンのデザインは、障害者の抱える困難への配慮はもちろんのこと、「モジュール化・ユニット化」という雇用者と被雇用者の双方への配慮を最適化する概念や、「シームレス化」という作業要素の応用可能性を示す概念と結び付けて説明可能なものとなっている。障害者は抱えている困難に配慮されたミシンを使用することで、企業内での「経済的な居場所」を得ることが可能になった。},
