| 内容記述 | The model experiment on the fatigue of Rayon by repeated washings was carried out as in the case of Nylon-6 fibers. 1) Apparent fatigue of Rayon was also observed by the stress-strain curve, but Rayon showed different curve from them of Nylon-6 fibers. 2) Although the principal cause of the fatigue of fibers is considered the cutting of molecular chains, X-ray diffraction diagram, birefringence and others indicate the possibility of reorientation on crystalline region. The different behavior of stress-strain curve observed in this experiment may be explained as a result of this reorientation phenomenon. 3) During the reorientation phenomenon took place on crystalline region, cutting of molecular chains is considered to be retain. This phenomenon was never observed in the case of Nylon-6 fibers. | |||||
