Each mother was “energized by each parents' group meeting".Gradually,thanks to this repetition,they changed in the direction of “accepting child's way of life''.In terms of what can be done to help,it seems that the mother's own acceptance and strong psychological support;providing an opportunity for acquiring appropriate knowledge;and ensuring long-term and continued psychological stability are important.Suggestions about what sort of care to provide pointed to understanding the psychological situation of the hikikomori child and the mother, as well as the process of change:endeavoring to accept the situation during discussions;and being able to provide necessary information., 本研究の目的は、親の会に継続参加する母親に面接調査を実施し、母親の子どもへの関わりにおける心理的な変容プロセスと親の会でどのような要素が影響しているのかを明らかにすることである。親の会に継続参加する母親23名を対象に半構造化面接を行い、面接内容を修正版グラウンデッド・セオリー・アプローチを用いて分析した結果、9個のカテゴリーが見出され<子どもの立場で考える努力>をターニングポイントとして関わり方が変化していくプロセスであった。前者は<手の打ちようがない><親の会で気持の立て直し><子どもの姿への直面化><混沌から整理へ>が<子どもの立場で考える努力>へと互いに影響されながら変化し、後者は<子どもの立場で考える努力><心理面も行動面も伴走者><理性と感情との葛藤を抱える力>の3者が同時的、複合的に関連しながら繰り返され、各々<親の会でそのつどエネルギー補給>されていた。この繰り返しにより徐々に<子どもの生き方を受け入れる>方向へと変化していた。支援は、母親自身の受容と強固な心理的支持、正しい知識の獲得の機会と場の提供、長期的で継続的な心理的安定の場の確保が考えられた。看護としては、ひきこもる子とその親の心理的状態や変化のプロセスを理解して関わること、相談の際には受容を心がけること、必要な情報を提供できることが示唆された。}, pages = {12--22}, title = {ひきこもり親の会で母親が子どもとの新たな関わり方を見出していくプロセス}, volume = {19}, year = {2013} }
