Focus group interviews were conducted with three mid- to late mid-career nursery teachers who were highly aware of their professionalism as caregivers. The verbatim transcripts of the interviews were analyzed using the Steps for Coding and Theorization. Results indicated that each nursery teacher had a different view of expertise in their field. In addition, their professionalism involved their sense of humanity, that is, previous experiences and attitude toward life. The findings suggest that issues and uncertainties in nursing practice can be resolved through self-creation and selfsolving. To improve professionalism, it should be noted that the learning methods of nursery teachers are different and diverse from one another, and learning occurs through the early childhood education and care culture that connects the individual issues of workers. Furthermore, constructing an organic training method that considers the characteristics of nursery teachers and their self-development, using flexible thought processes in response to individual learning methods, is necessary., 本研究は、保育現場の保育者の専門性の捉え、及び専門性向上に対する取り組みについての意識を明らかにすることを目的とした。保育者としての専門性を高く意識する中堅後期の保育者3名を対象とし、フォーカス・グループ・インタビューを行った。得られた逐語録は、SCATを用いて分析を行った。 その結果、3名の保育者の専門性の捉えは、それぞれの保育者により異なる“専門性観”があることが明らかになった。また、保育者のそれまでの経験や生活への構えである人間性が関与し、保育実践による課題や不確かさを自己創出し、自己解決により培われていることが示唆された。 専門性向上のための取り組みとして、保育者の学び方はそれぞれが異なり、多様であること、保育者個々の課題をつなぎ合わせる園文化による学びがあることが明らかになった。保育者の学びに方に即した柔軟な発想や特性をいかした有機的な研修方法の構築が必要であることが示唆された。}, pages = {14--27}, title = {保育者が捉える保育の専門性に関する研究 -同一園の保育者に対するフォーカス・グループ・インタビューからの検討-}, volume = {13}, year = {2020} }
