| 内容記述 | This paper discusses the survey and research on home rehabilitation support providers assigned to sub-acute wards.The facility criteria of sub-acute wards prescribes the assignment of more than one specialist home rehabilitation support providers,however their profession is not prescribed.We therefore conducted a survey on the profession of these support providers and details of actual activities carried out by them.The results revealed that of the home rehabilitation support providers assigned to sub-acute wards surveyed, 34 were involved in welfare work such as social workers (66.7%), 12 had nursing jobs such as nurses (23.5%), and five had administrative jobs (9.8%).The activities carried out by those with welfare related and nursing jobs involved expertise and were professional,but this aspect was not seen in the activities of support providers from administrative job backgrounds.It is concluded that there is a need to prescribe that home rehabilitation support providers are required to have professional jobs such as welfare and nursing. | |||||||||
