Furthermore, it was analyzed that differences of number of CNs in number of nurses per 100,000 populations in 47 administrative districts and that the correlation between number of CNs and of the educational organizations. It turned out that there were 43 CNs at 37 health care facilities, etc. As a result of statistical analysis, a significant positive correlation was showed between number of CNs and number of the educational organizations (r=0.848 p\u003c0.001). In conclusion, it is reasonable to think that backgrounds of an increase of CNs were caused the great influence of revision of remuneration for medical care service, hospital evaluation and accreditation and the subsidy system for certified nurses’ training. Additionally, it is likely that the educational organizations for CNs in neighboring prefecture are one of important factors. This study would suggest that it will be very important to establish the educational organizations for CNs in prefecture Niigata in order for CNs to provide special nursing service. There are some problems of the lack of nurses and of salary and costs during the training.
