The purpose of this study is to describe the design of the sewing machine which enabled the intellectually disabled to be employed in the corporation by means of interviews and fieldworks on workplace practices. Thus, we demonstrate to analysis and describe the sewing machine for the sake of showing the importance of the analysis of cooperation practices between the disabled and the abled. This design of the sawing machine which is being studied is accountable for the connection with the concept of modularization / unitization which are out of respect for the employer and employees or seamless which indicates the possibility of application of working element. Finally we insist that this design of the sawing machine provides‘ a economic place’ to the intellectually disabled in the corporation.
