| 内容記述 | ここ数年の医療機関において頻発する医療事故やその予防策への取り組みに関する報道,平成12年4月からの介護保険制度の実施等により,これまであまり注目されなかった福祉現場における介護事故への関心が持たれるようになった。介護事故よりも研究・対策ともに先行している医療事故についても何を医療事故とし,その予防対策のためにどんな情報を収集し,何を記録・検討・公表するのか等については未だに統一された考え方がされていないことが問題として指摘されている。研究後発の介護事故にあっては先行する医療事故研究の成果を踏まえ,事故防止活動への取り組みを模索していくことが効率的であろう。本稿では,介護保険法施行前後よりこれまでに発表された介護事故の実態や予防策に関する調査研究報告書を取り上げ,それらの研究が介護事故をどう捕らえているを整理し,介護事故に対する捉え方が様々である現状を指摘し,今後の介護事故研究の対象とする枠組・用語の統一の必要性についての考察した。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | The attention to the adverse events in care service, whichi were paid not enough, has been growing. Because the news of the adverse events and its preventions in hospitals has been increasing these several years, and the public care service insurance law was in force in the April of 2001. The studies of the adverse events and its preventions in hospital, which are ahead of those in care service, have been said to fail establishing the theory; what the scope of the adverse events should be, what kind of information should be collected and what items should be recorded, discussed and made public. It must be efficient for the studies in care service to use those in hospital. This paper studies the researches on the adverse events and its preventions which were made public after and before the enforcement of the public care service insurance law. Its purposes are to classfy the scopes of the adverse events, to point out the diversion of them and to clear the necessity of the unified framework and terminology. | |||||
