| 内容記述 | 昭和63年に精神衛生法が精神保健法に変わり、さらに精神保健福祉法へと改正され、精神障害者を取り巻く状況は大きく変化してきた。また平成14年以降グループホームやホームヘルパーが制度化されるなど、補完型サービスは徐々に充実してきた。しかしながら生活訓練型のサービスを行うべき生活訓練施設の力点は、現在住居提供におかれている。精神障害者の生活実態は入院生活では医療従事者が、在宅生活では家族が生活に関する代理行為を京時行っている。そのことから精神障害者自身が本来行うべき対人関係、服薬、金銭等の管理能力を低下させている。この論文では精神障害者は生活訓練施設において、エンバワーメントアプローチやケースマネジメントを実施することで、生活技術やワーカビリティー(支長者活用能力)の獲得が可能であることなど事例を通し説明する。さらにそれが今後生活訓練施設の中心的な役割となることを提示した。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | In our country, since 1988 the circumstances around the persons disabled mentally have changed ,a lot Also since 2002 the complementing type service like a group home and a home help have been systematicized and enriched gradually. However, the main point at the living training facilities, which should serve a living trainig essentially, is placed in the dwelling provision at the present time. In the hospitalizationlife , the medical practitionr is doing substitute act instead of the persons disabled mentally, And in the home life , the family is always doing that, That makes the abilities decline to manage the human relationship, to take medicines and to control the money by themselves for the persons disabled mentally. In this paper I explain through 2cases the persons disabled mentally can get the social skill, in case the living training facilities serve an empowerment approach and case management individually. It shows that it will become the key point at the living training facilities in the near future. | |||||
