| 内容記述 | ドロセア・E.オレムの著書『看護-実践の諸概念-』(2001,6ed)に記述されているケアとケアリングを考察し、看護におけるケア、ケアリングの意義を探究した。1.看護におけるケアは、ある特別な条件と状況のもとで制限されたやり方(limited ways)で行われる。制限されたやり方とは、ケアが専門職としての看護の実践をとおして行われることを意味する。2.その人が人間として存在するための本質と社会的依存の程度は、その人が必要とするケアの種類、そして専門職としての看護師とそのケアを受ける人との関係性に関係する。3.看護師が患者をケアする状況で問われるべき問いは、援助する状況においても問われる必要があり、このことは、看護においてはケアリングと援助が重なることを表している。4.オレムは、看護におけるケアリングの概念を、人間愛における成熟愛とコミュニティにおける大々から、人から他者への心の動きと他者のための行為として発展させている。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | This paper is discussed the concepts of care and caring described in the work Dorothea E. Orem Nursing, Concepts of Practice (6th ed., 2001,) and is investigated the significances of care and caring in nursing. 1. Nursing care is carried out under the specific conditions and circumstances in the limited ways. The care is performed through nursing practice of professional. 2. The nature and the degree of social dependency for the persons' existent relate to care of specific kinds from others and to relationships between the persons cared for and the nurses caring for as professionals. 3. The questions need to be asked in situations for nurses to take care of patients need also in all helping situations. This means an overlap caring and helping in nursing. 4. Orem has developed the concept of caring in nursing from muture love in human love and persons in community regarding the movement of a person to others and to act for others. | |||||
