| 内容記述 | 医療事故が社会問題となり医療機関を中心とした対策が強化されている現在、ヒユーマンエラーやリスクマネージメントに関する看護教育の方法の開発が急がれる。1990年代の医療・看護事故の頻発により社会的な関心が高まり、医療の現場もそれに呼応して対策が進んでいる。本研究では、N県内における医療・看護事故の実態とその対策の現状、および事故に対する看護職の意識を明らかにするため、看護職8名を対象にフォーカス・グループ・インタビユーを実施した。その結果、看護職の事故防止意識及び行動の醸成は、システム変更や現任教育の実施、および医療機関トップのリーダーシップにより促進されていた。看護職の事故後の意識は、「緊張・不安」および「自己防衛」から、対策が行われたことで「自発性の高揚」や「情報の共有化」への意識が高まり、インシデントレポートの増加や他職種間での連携が促進されていた。 | |||||||

| 内容記述 | Recently a development of new education methods in nursing regarding human error and risk management is strongly desired, because some medical accidents become an object of public concern and the countermeasures have been strengthened. Since 1990' s frequency of medical and nursing accidents have made them an object of public concern. Then in response to the fact, the worksite of medical services has promoted the countermeasures. To demonstrate the actual condition of the medical accidents and the countermeasures in N prefecture , we carried out a Focused Group Interview for eight nurses . As a result , we found that some systemic changes , educations and leadership of chairman at the medical agency developed an awareness of nursing staffs regarding the accidents . These countermeasures made the awareness changed from strain and alarm or autarcesis to upsurge of initiative or information sharing , and an increase of incident reports and alignments between different professions were accelerated . | |||||||
