| 内容記述 | 訪問看護における事故に関して、介護保険法施行3年経過後のインシデント・アクシデントの実態、及びその予防対策や自己対応対策の実態をN市の訪問看護ステーションを対象に調査した。訪問看護の事故で最も多かった内容は、看護者自身の交通事故であり、次いで利用者の転倒転落、導尿や経管栄養等のカテーテル操作での出血、移動の援助時の事故の順であった。事故の対策に関しては、情報の共有化は9割で行われているが、事故対策にむけての全体討議及びマニュアル作成や活用は5割以下であった。さらにマニュアルに関する教育や研修の実施は2割であり質問項目の中で最も低かった。事故防止のために今後必要な対策について管理者、スタッフともに高い期待が示された。最も期待が求められているのは、事故に対する実態調査、および事故防止・事故対応のマニュアルづくりを支援する機関（大学、研究機関、事業者団体、行政等）であった。これらは早急に今後取り組むべき課題である。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | It has been 3 years since the Care Insurance Act was enforced, and we investigated the fact that incidents/accidents occur and their prevention when Visiting Nurse Service is provided in N city. The highest number of accidents which occurred during the service was traffic accidents caused by nurses followed by patients' serious falls or bleeding caused by catheters for the withdrawal of urine or intravenous feeding, and accidents involving both patients and nurses while helping to transfer patients. About 90% of nurses and administrators share the information on countermeasures to prevent accidents. However, less than 50% of them discuss these accidents thoroughly and write or use manuals. In addition, only around 20% of the nurses are educated or trained in the use of these manuals, which was the lowest rate among the questions asked on our survey. As a result, we found that both administrators and staff strongly hope necessary coutermeasures will be executed in the future to prevent these accidents from occurring. What they expect most is institutions which can investigate the fact that accidents occur and help make manuals which are effective in preventing them such as universities, research centers, administrative offices, etc. This is a challenge which should be confronted as soon as possible. | |||||
