| 内容記述 | 市町村の介護保険部門に属する保健師の業務実態と課題を明らかにし、活動のあり方を検討することを目的に調査を実施した。介護保険部門に配置されている保健師は、経験年数20年以上の者が半数を占めていた。従事している業務として、利用者等の個別ケースへの対応、介護認定調査、介護サービスの質の向上に関する業務への関与の割合が高かった。また、介護保険業務に携わったことで多くの保健師が業務のすすめ方に変化を感じており、その変化として「行政職員としての意識を高め行政能力の向上を図ったこと」「主体的な業務の推進など保健師業務に関すること」「連携調整やチームワークに関する変化」があげられた。介護保険分野における保健師活動の今後の方向性として、政策形成への参画、介護予防への取組み、新たな地域ケアシステムの構築が考えられた。また、保健師の現任教育の必要性が示唆された。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | To make it clear for the actual service conditions and problems of public health nurses who belong to local government with the above results, to discuss about how the operations(services) of public nurses should be. Half of the public health nurses who work for the care insurance section have more than 20 years experiences. The services they engage in are mostly; ・Corresponding and care of individual cases ・Research of individual cases that may be authorized for care ・Improvement of the quality of care services Because they are engaged in care insurance services, many nurses feel the change of the operation moving forward. For example; ・They have motivation as an administration staff and try to improve the administration ability ・They promote the services independently ・The changes regarding adjustment of cooperation and team work They have suggested operations of public nursing in the health insurance area for. ・Participation of policy formation ・Attempt of care prevention ・Attempt of construction of local district care systems Also the need for instruction and training of current public health nurses are suggested. | |||||
