| 内容記述 | 本稿は、Y訪問看護ステーションにおける訪問看護記録の見直し作業の経過より、訪問看護ステーションにおける訪問看護情報の開示に対応するための実際的な課題を考察することを試みている。その結果、「情報開示に対応するための事業所体制づくり」「訪問看護サービスの標準化」「訪問看護スタッフの記録の力量向上」の3つが訪問看護情報の開示に対応するための実際的な課題として考えられた。 | |||||
