| 内容記述 | 本稿の内容は、医療機関にて、医療専門職集団と共に、社会福祉の視点からチーム医療の構成メンバーとして、業務を遂行する医療ソーシャルワーカー（以下、MSW）について考察するものである。Cureの視点が第一優先とされる、医療の現場で、社会福祉の視点をもって支援を行うことは、特殊なことで、このような中での業務遂行には独自性が必要である、業務を遂行する場合には、様々な制約を受けることは容易に想像がつく、かつ、MSWの資格や業務のあり方についての歴史的側面などからも制約がある。MSWの制約について、ここでは、「私見」、「竹内一夫氏」、「松浦信氏」の文献などから、MSW業務遂行における制約を明らかにし、図式化し構造化を試みる。そしてMSWが組織はもとより、社会にも根付くための方策についても触れている。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | The contents of this paper consider Medical Social Worker which carries out business as a composition member of team medical treatment from the viewpoint of social welfare with a medical professionals group in a medical institution. When it is a special thing to help with a viewpoint of social welfare in the medical spot where the first viewpoint of Cure is considered to be priority, and it is necessary, and originality accomplishes duties for duties accomplishment in such inside, it is accompanied by imagination easily to have various limitaion and there is limitation from the sides of a qualification of Medical Social Worker and the history about an ideal method of duties. About limitation of Medical Social Worker, I clarify limitation in MSW duties accomplishment from a personal opinion, Kazuo Takeuchi, documents of Mr. Matsuura sincerity here and I make it a diagram and try structuring it. And MSW touches an organization about a policy to root in society from the start. | |||||
