| 内容記述 | 介護支援専門員の学習ニーズの現状を明らかにすることを目的として、A県内の介護支援専門員659人に対して自記式質問紙調査を行い、398人より有効な回答を得た。（回収率60.4％）その結果、多くの介護支援専門員が、ケアマネジメントの技術や介護保険サービスに関する知識等、介護支援専門員としての基礎的技術・知識とともに、介護予防等、近年介護支援専門員に必要とされる知識について、学習する必要性を感じていることが明らかとなった。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | With the aim of clarifying the current state of care managers' study needs, a survey of 659 care managers was undertaken in Prefecture 'A' using a question form for respondents to fill in themselves, and valid answers were obtained from 398 people (a return rate of 60.4%). As a result, it has become apparent that many care managers feel the necessity of study concerning care management techniques and nursing-care insurance services, the basic techniques and knowledge as care managers, along with nursing-care prevention and the knowledge needed by care managers in recent years. | |||||
