| 内容記述 | 本研究では、Ａ県内の精神科病院で働く看護師147名を対象に、肥満ケアの実践に影響を与える要因を量的な調査により明らかにした。その際、肥満ケアへの意識、精神科看護師としての意識、身体管理の必要性への意識について測定するための尺度を作成した。また、菊池・原田（1997）の看護婦の自律性測定尺度を用いて、看護師の自律性も測定した。分析手順は、各尺度を因子分析（最尤法・プロマックス回転）による尺度構成を行い、さらに肥満ケアの実践に影響を与える要因を明らかにするために共分散構造分析によって検討した。その結果、意識的なものである「精神看護師への志向性」のみが「肥満ケアの実践」に直接的に影響を与えていることが、モデル上支持された。看護師の自律性からの直接的な影響が見られなかったことは、精神科看護のなかでの肥満ケアの位置づけが関係している可能性がある。また、「精神科看護師への志向性」を高めるアプローチの必要性が示唆された。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | In this study, a quantitative survey of 147 nurses working in psychiatric hospitals in “A” Prefecture was carried out in order to clarify the factors affecting the practice of obesity care. A scale was compiled to measure these nurses' awareness of obesity care, their awareness as psychiatric nurses and their awareness of the need for physical control. The nurses' autonomy was also measured using the autonomy measurement scale devised by Kikuchi and Harada (1997). The analysis procedure was as follows : scaling was carried out on the basis of factor analysis (maximum likelihood method and promax rotation) while the discussion of factors affecting practical obesity care was based on covariance structure analysis. As a result, the model supported only “psychiatric nurse orientation,” an awareness-related factor, as directly affecting “practical obesity care.” The fact that nurses' autonomy apparently had no direct effect suggests that this may have something to do with the position of obesity care within psychiatric nursing. Furthermore, there seems to be a need for an approach that enhances “psychiatric nurse orientation.” | |||||
