| 内容記述 | 本研究の目的は、熟練した養護教諭が心の健康問題もつ子どものサインをどのように受け取り、どのように養護診断や対応を行っているのか、明らかにすることである。 小学校に10年以上勤務している現職の養護教諭４人を対象として、子どもたちの心の健康問題への支援に関する面接調査を実施した。面接内容の逐語録を作成し、修正版グランデッド・セオリー・アプローチを用いて分析した結果、62の概念と20のカテゴリーを抽出した。熟練した養護教諭は、早い段階で子どもが抱える問題を予測し、情報収集を様々な方法で行っていた。情報を整理・統合し、問題を明確化した上で、支援計画を立案し、対応や連携を図っていた。また、養護教諭は、学校組織の一員である教師としての教育的な視点と、専門的な知識・技能をもつ専門家としての生理学的、臨床心理学的な視点から、心の健康問題の養護診断・対応を行っていることが示唆された。 |

| 内容記述 | The purpose of this study is to clarify how experienced yogo teachers interpret signs of children with mental health problems and how they provide protective care diagnosis and countermeasures. Interviews about support for children with mental health problems were conducted with four yogo teachers who had worked in elementary schools for at least ten years. A word-for-word record of the interviews was compiled and analysis of the revised version using the grounded theory approach extracted 62 concepts and 20 categories. Experienced yogo teachers foresaw children's problems at an early stage and collected information by various means. By sorting and integrating information and defining problems, support plans could be designed and countermeasures and coordination set up. Furthermore, it was suggested that yogo teachers provide protective care diagnosis for mental health problems from an educational perspective as teaching professionals who are members of the school organization and from a physiological and clinical psychological perspective as experts with specialized knowledge and skills. |
