| 内容記述 | 本研究では、教員・保育士養成科目においてファシリテーション・グラフィックを用いた授業を実践し、その教育的効果を質問紙調査の分析に基づいて検証した。その結果、学生は、話し合いにおいてファシリテーション・グラフィックを用いることをおおむね肯定的に受け止めていることが示唆された。また、教育的効果としては、学生の認知・理解を促したり、思考・意見表出を促したりすることが示唆された。教員・保育士養成科目においてファシリテーション・グラフィックを用いた授業を実践し、その教育的効果を学生が実感的に理解することは、ワークショップ型の授業や研修が学校や施設の現場で普及していく可能性に道をひらくものである。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | The theme of this research was to hold a training course for instructors and childcare workers using graphic facilitation, to analyze the educative effectiveness of the class by means of a questionnaire, and make appropriate adjustments. From the results, we learned that a majority of students taking part in the discussion responded positively to the use of graphic facilitation. Furthermore, the results suggested that the class also stimulated students' cognition and comprehensive abilities, as well as encouraged creative thinking and confident self-expression. Through the implementation of teacher and childcare worker training courses using graphic facilitation, and the tangible sense of learning instilled in students, this workshop-style training has the potential to gain awareness and popularity in schools and various other facilities. | |||||
