| 内容記述 | 本研究は、メイヤロフとノディングスのケアリング論から抽出したケアリングの概念を基本として、看護におけるケアリングを明らかにする目的で、レイニンガー、ワトソン、ベナーの看護観を比較考察したものである。その結果、メイヤロフとノディングスのケアリング論の比較から、ケアリングの基本概念とは、人間対人間の関係性を主軸に、ケアする人とケアされる人の相互関係によって、双方が成長していくという関係性のことであることが示唆された。さらに、看護におけるケアリングの考察からは、他領域の研究と同一の視点として、双方向性と相互成長であり、すなわちケアリングは、人間関係の基盤であることが明らかとなった。一方、相違点としては、看護領域の研究者の中では明確なケアリング論を論じている研究者は見当たらず、自らの看護理論の中における重要で本質的な概念としてケアリングを追究していることが明らかとなった。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | The present study weighed the nursing views of Madeleine M. Leininger, Jene Watoson and Patricia Benner. The purpose of clarifying nursing care on the basis of care was extracted from Milton Mayeroff’s and Nel Noddings’ caring theory. As a result, Milton Mayeroff’s and Nel Noddings’ comparisons suggest that the basic concept of caring is the mutual relationship of careers and receivers taking on human relationship as a main axis and growing together. Moreover, the discussion of nursing care clarified that caring is the basis of human relationship with interactivity and mutual growth while having the same viewpoint of other research fields. As for the differences, though any researchers of the nursing field do not treat caring theory, they closely understand that caring is an important and essential concept in their own nursing theory. | |||||
