| 内容記述 | 本研究の目的は、自己覚知を自己理解と同一視することによって生じる「実習教育の死角」を顕在化させることである。同時に、ソーシャルワーク実習教育において、実習生の気付きを言語化することの重要性を示す。本研究では２つの実習指導ケースを用いて、２つの考察をした。１つは「自己覚知」から「倫理的葛藤の解消」へと結びついたケースを記述した。もう１つは、「自己覚知」から、実践で共有される方法論の記述と結びついたケースを記述した。実践で共有される方法論を記述することの意義を述べ、実習生の自己覚知を促すことによって記述の精度を上げるべきポイントを特定し、「気付き」そのものを実習指導教育に生かす方法を例示した。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | The purpose of this study is to make apparent the “blind areas of social work practice education” caused by equating self-awareness with self-understanding. It also indicates the significance of the reflection of awareness by student apprentices. I considered two cases of social work practice education. In one case, I described the process from self-awareness to ethics conflicts and their resolution. In the other case, I described the process from self-awareness to methodology shared by stuffs and clients in facilities for disabled people. I emphasized the significance of a description of the methodology shared in practice, pointed out the need for accuracy of the description by urging the awareness of student apprentices, and demonstrated the awareness-centered method in social work practice education. | |||||
