The results of the analysis revealed that childcare providers gradually acquired a positive consciousness towards educational practice, including self-reflection, through \"cyclical\" training sessions. Moreover, considerations for implementing in-house training for care providers were discussed based on the results from each hierarchical level. For novice childcare providers, it is necessary to consider mechanisms to bridge generational value gaps and to examine specific methods for mutual recognition and learning. For mid-career childcare providers, it is essential to ponder innovations that support individual learning and concrete methods for fostering leadership. Similarly, this study highlighted that veteran childcare providers need a flexible attitude towards reflecting and adapting to changes in childcare corresponding to contemporary times. 内容記述 | 本研究は「循環型」研修会を通して得られた保育者の学びに対する意識を階層毎に明らかにし、今後の園内研修の在り方について検討した。 分析結果から、保育者は「循環型」研修会を通して、自己省察を含む保育実践への肯定的な学びの意識を得ていた。また、各階層から得られた結果から、園内研修を実施する際の在り方について考察した。新任保育者には、世代間での価値観の共有を図る仕組み作りや、相互を認め合い学び合うための具体的な方法を検討すること、中堅保育者には、個人の学びを支援するための工夫やリーダーシップの醸成への具体的な方法を検討すること、熟練保育者には、柔軟な振り返りの姿勢や時代の変化に伴う保育への対応を考慮することが挙げられた。今後の園内研修においては、上記のような各階層ニーズに合わせた学びの提供と保育者のライフステージ及びキャリアパスに基づく研修計画を立案することの必要性が示唆された。 |
