| 内容記述 | 本研究の目的は、A大学の分娩介助実習における、分娩介助１～３例目の学生の分娩第１期の助産診断過程の学びを明らかにすることである。 分娩期のケアでは、母児の安全で安楽な分娩のために、適切で素早い助産診断が求められる。しかし、学生は不安と緊張があり、実習で助産診断できるようになるまでには時間を要する。そのため、学生が実習をイメージしながら学習することで、実習初期から助産診断ができるように、今までの実習前学習に加え、模擬事例を用いた助産診断過程の学習を取り入れた。 結果、学生は、分娩進行状態の観察は、産婦の変化に注目して五感を使って意図的に観察し、基本的欲求の状況が分娩進行に影響すると気づきケアにつなげていた。また、実習初期から助産診断を指導者に伝え、指導者の助言を得ながら助産診断を学んでいた。これらをもとに、今後も学生が実習初期から助産診断ができるように、実習前学習を検討していく必要がある。 |

| 内容記述 | This study aims to clarify students’ learnings about the midwifery diagnosis process in the first stage of delivery during delivery assistance training at University A, with a focus on the first to third delivery assistance cases. Prompt and accurate midwifery diagnosis is needed for a safe and comfortable delivery experience for the mother and child. However, students are anxious and nervous, and they take time to make midwifery diagnoses during practical training. Therefore, learning about the midwifery diagnosis process using simulated cases was incorporated along with the pre-practical training to allow students to conduct midwifery diagnoses from the early stages of their training. Results showed that students observed the progress of delivery using their five senses, with a focus on changes in the pregnant woman, and realized that the state of basic needs affected the progress of delivery, which led to the provision of care. Additionally, students communicated their midwifery diagnoses to their instructors from the early stages of training and learned while receiving advice from the latter. The results indicated that pre-practical training needs to be examined so that students can provide midwifery diagnosis from the early stages of training in the future. |
