本研究は、児童養護施設職員がアフターケア支援を実施する際の課題や、課題の背景に存在する要因について明らかにすることを目的とした。アフターケアを主に担当している職員５名を対象として、退所児童等アフターケアにおける支援方法、支援内容、支援における課題についてインタビュー調査を実施した。得られたデータを基に７名の研究者でディスカッションを行い、逐語記録の作成を行った。逐語記録をもとに児童養護施設でのアフターケア上に生じる課題やその背景にあると推察される要因についての構成概念の生成とカテゴリー分類を行った。その結果、47個の構成概念が抽出された。退所者に対するアフターケアの困難さを生じさせる要因は単一のものではなく、職員と退所者間の関係性から起因する複数の課題が潜在することが明らかになった。今後は、本結果を理論的に精査するために、現場との往還を含めたさらなる検証を行っていく必要がある。 |

This study aims to clarify the challenges faced by foster home staff in providing aftercare support and the factors underlying these challenges. We interviewed five staff members primarily in charge of aftercare, and inquired about their support methods, content, and problems in providing aftercare for children who had been discharged from foster homes. Based on the obtained data, seven scholars held discussions and prepared verbatim records. Based on verbatim records, we generated constructs and categorized the possible factors underlying the issues and problems that occur in aftercare at children's homes. Consequently, 47 constructs were extracted and classified into three major categories. It clarified that no single factor causes difficulties in aftercare for existing residents, rather multiple potential problems stem from the relationship between staff and existing residents. In the future, it will be necessary to further examine these results theoretically, including a return trip to the field. |
