| 内容記述 | 平成1年から9年までの9年間に,30歳以上の婦人を対象に香川県で行った子宮頸がん検診車検診により発見された子宮頸部上皮異常発見成績をもとに,その集団検診精度を明らかにした。子宮頸部高度異形成以上の病変262例の既往検診受診歴,当時の細胞診標本の再鏡検成績から,細胞診による一次検診精度は86.5%,二次(精密)検診精度は97.1%と算定された。両者を合わせた検診精度は84%であった。なお,一次検診のエラーは細胞診のサンプリング・エラー70.7%,スクリーニング・エラー29.3%で,細胞採取法により多くの問題があることが示された。 | |||||||

| 内容記述 | We have elucidated the accuracy of mass screening of the uterine cervical cancer for women more than 30 years of age, based on the results of abnormality of the cervical epithelia detected through mobile bus screening during 9 years period (1989-1997) in Kagawa prefecture. By the analyses of clinical records and cytology specimen of 262 epithelial abnormalities of the uterine cervix, including cervical cancer and severe dysplasia, the accuracy of the primary screening by cytology was estimated at 86.5% and secondary screening by colposcopy and biopsy examination at 97.1%. Thus the accuracy of screening cervical abnormality in total was estimated at 84%. The cause of screening error in primary cytology screening was made clear by this study to be 70.7% in specimen sampling and 29.3% in screening cytology by microscope. | |||||||
