| 内容記述 | 1. オレムは,「健康と良好」を人間の状態を説明する用語として用いている。つまり,「健康と良好」を,人間存在を説明する幾つかの状態の集まりのなかのひとつの状態という関係において用いている。2. オレムは,「健康と良好」の概念化と関連する人間存在を人格的存在としてみており,その人格的存在としての人間存在の見方に,エージェント,表象者,有機体の3つの見方を選んでいる。3. オレムの人格的存在としての人間存在の前提は,セルフケアができる人間であり,それは完成に達する人間存在である。オレムの完成した人間存在とは成人である。4. オレムは,人格的存在への過程を人格化への過程とし,個人のセルフケアもしくは依存的ケアの学習過程を人格化への過程の3相として説明する。この3相は,個人が自分自身をセルフケア・エージェントもしくは依存的ケア・エージェントとしてみなすようになり,責任をもって実施し,セルフケアもしくは依存的ケアの能力の開発と再開発に熟慮的に携わることである。この過程は,個人のセルフケアもしくは依存的ケアの学習過程としての問題解決過程である。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | 1. Orem uses health and well-being as a term explaining the state of human beings. In other words, the expression of health and well-being is used to indicate one of various states in combination explaining the existence of human beings. 2. Orem takes a standpoint that in nursing it is practically advantageous to considering the existence of human beings related to conceptualization of health and well-being as persons. She has selected three viewpoints consisting of agents, symbolizers and organisms for the existence of human beings as persons. 3. Orem's proposition of the existence of human beings as persons involves those who can perform self-care, meaning the perfection of existence of human beings. She means that perfection of the existence of human beings is an adult. 4. Orem explains that the process to be a person is the process to personalization, and that the learning processes either to self-care or dependent-care of individuals include three facets of the process of personalization : the three facets are composed of individuals' viewing themselves as self-care or dependent-care agents, their exercise of responsibility for and engagement in self-care or dependent-care, and their deliberate engagement in action to develop or redevelop the capabilities for self-care and dependent-care. These facets are the processes of problem-solution as a part of the learning processes to self-care or dependent-care of the individuals. | |||||
