| 内容記述 | 母乳育児は、子どもの養育や保育、看護や療育に包含されるものであり、社会福祉の分野と歴史を同じくする。さらには女性福祉、児童福祉の分野でもある。しかしこれまでは、とかく医療・看護面から論議されてきたが、本稿では、社会福祉的視点からの分析・考察を行なった。その結果、次の点が明確になった。母乳育児は無償の相互扶助であった代理授乳が、有償の「乳母」に変わり、やがて母乳代替品の人工乳に切り替えられて、衰退していった歴史をもつ。現代社会は、粉ミルク会社のマーケティングをはじめ母乳育児を阻害する社会的要因が多く、また対象の母と子は、属する文化・社会の影響を受けやすい。さらに世界の政治・経済、環境問題と同じ貧富の差の構造を呈している。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | Breastfeeding is deeply connected with bringing up, childcare and nursing. It has the Same history and source of social welfare of those. Furthermore, it is female welfare and also field of child welfare. However, it was discussed from medical treatment and the nursing side in many cases until now. This is analyzed and discussed from the point of view of social welfare. Breastfeeding voluntarily supported by another mother changed to professional nurses, and soon changed to the bottle feeding of an alternative method, so that breastfeeding has declined. There are many social factors to make breastfeeding difficult at the present society, for example marketing of powdered milk companies. Mothers and babies also tend to be influenced by society that they belong to. Moreover, breastfeeding is presenting the same structure as the politics and economy in the world, and an environmental problem. | |||||
