| 内容記述 | 本研究の目的は、医療施設における遺体からの感染予防対策を検討することである。死後のケアにおける遺体からの感染予防対策に関する文献および看護職を対象として、遺体からの感染予防対策に関する調査を行った。その結果、臨床での死後のケアにおける感染予防対策では、手袋の着用などユニバーサルプレコーションの考えに基づいて実践されていた。看護師によっては、死後のケアの実施後に遺体からの浸出液の漏出を懸念していた。また、家族が参加する際の手洗いの指導、葬送業従事者に対する遺体の感染に関する情報提供の必要性が示唆された。退院後に遺体から浸出液の漏出などのトラブルも報告されていることから、死後のケアを実践する者は、遺体に現れる特徴を理解して援助することが重要であると言える。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | The objective of this study was to investigate infection control from corpses in medical facilities. A literature review was conducted on the infection control from corpses in postmortem care, and a survey on the issue was conducted among nurses. The results showed that infection control corpses associated with postmortem care in clinical settings were implemented according to the concept of universal precautions, such as wearing gloves. Some nurses were concerned about leakage of fluid from corpses after postmortem care. The results suggested the need for instructing family members to wash their hands after handling deceased family members, and providing morticians with information on infections affecting particular corpses. Problems such as fluid leakage from corpses after discharge from hospital have been reported, and it is therefore important for postmortem care practitioners to understand the features of corpses and provide support. | |||||
