| 内容記述 | 日本各地で災害が相次いで発生している。被災地では、被災者が失った生活と地域を取り戻すための継続的支援も必要であり、社会福祉を担う人材育成に対する社会的要請は高い。しかし、災害対応における社会福祉専門職の役割や機能に関する研究の蓄積は少なく、教育プログラムも十分とは言えない。そこで、本研究では、社会福祉専門職に半構造化面接を実施し、TEM（複線径路・等至性モデル）の手法を用いて、災害支援の過程で発揮されたコンピテンシーについて考察した。その結果、災害における社会福祉の役割として「主体性の回復」などエンパワメント支援の重要性が示唆された。今後は、既存の社会福祉に関する教育内容と方法に加えて、被災地支援の実際を実践的に教授すること、援助行動の言語化と身体化を促進するためのリフレクションを中心とした教育プログラムを開発すること、そして、コンピテンシーに基づく教育実践への転換を提言した。 | |||||||||

| 内容記述 | Natural disasters occur one after another in various areas of Japan. In disaster-affected areas,continuous support is necessary in order for disaster victims to take back the lives and communities they lost, and social demand is high for the training of personnel responsible for social welfare. However, there has been little research on the roles and functions of social work professionals in response to disasters, nor can it be said that educational programs are sufficient. Therefore, in this study, semi-structured interviews were conducted with social work professionals, then, using trajectory equifinality modeling (TEM), the competencies that were demonstrated in the disaster support processes were investigated. The results suggest the importance of the role of social welfare in supporting empowerment such as in “restoration of autonomy” during disasters. From here on, in addition to existing educational content and methods regarding social welfare, we advise practical instruction on the reality of support for disaster-affected areas, development of education programs that focus on reflection in order to encourage verbalization and embodiment of helping behavior, and conversion to the implementation of competency-based education. | |||||||||
