| 内容記述 | 本研究では、経験を通して習得する「看護業務の作業効率を高める要因」を明らかにすることを目的として、臨床における看護業務を作業の順序性・効率性・連続性の視点からそのすすめ方の実際を調査し検討した。対象は経験年数18年目と21年目の看護師各1名であり、休日と平日の8:30から11:30までの全行動について、VTRとチェックリストで連続的に撮影し記録した。病棟内各場所への移動、受け持ち患者間の移動及び看護業務を実施する順序性等について検討したところ、両者に情報収集に関する移動、頻度、時間、活用等で差異が認められた。今後、さらに質的検討を加えることにより看護業務を計画的かつ効率的にすすめる教育訓練に役立てられることが示唆された。 | |||||||

| 内容記述 | The purpose of this study is to clarifying the factors with raise the efficiency of work in the clinical nursing. In this study we investigate and examine clinical nursing with regards to the procedure, efficiency and continuity of work. The subjects are two nurses ; one of the 18years experience and the other with less than two years. Continuation record was carried out by means of VTR and on check list of all actions by each person performed in the period of time from 8:30 to 11:30 during the given weekday and the given holiday. The subjects movements in and between rooms, among charge patients and their sequential were compared and classified. Both have characteristic differences in using time and frequency of communication and in ways ofusing information. This study suggests that the efficiency of clinical nursing may be improved by managing these. | |||||||
